Four ways we can work with you

We understand that business needs are different and we wouldn’t be doing our job of providing you solutions, if we didn’t provide you flexible options.

Project based

If you’re not at the level needed for someone to run your day-to-day operations but need someone to help you complete projects here and there, we can work with you on a project-by-project basis. This can include:

  • System set-up or improvement
  • Process set-up or improvement
  • Software integrations
  • Website marketing audits
  • Website updates
  • Financial analysis of current marketing activities
  • Project management

As all projects are different, project based engagements are priced on a per project basis. Please get in touch to let us know what projects you’d like to complete.

Monthly retainer

The monthly retainer is designed for business owners who want to step away from the day-to-day time-consuming tasks, so you can focus your time and energy on growing your business.

The monthly retainer includes all Operations, Marketing and Finance Management services  (we don’t have different prices for different services). As a snapshot it includes:

  • Strategic team management
  • Looking after your day-to-day operations and making sure they align with your long-term goals
  • Effectively managing resources to maximise efficiency and productivity
  • Optimising your systems and processes
  • Managing cash flow
  • Managing client and stakeholder relationships

Monthly retainers start at $2,175 + GST

Hourly

We can also start working with you based on an hourly rate. Whilst this rate is higher than a retainer rate, we have found it works well for business owners who:

  1. Are new to outsourcing this level of business support and aren’t 100% sure of the level of support they need at the start.
  2. Would like a flexible approach to start to ensure we’re a good fit and work well together before moving forward on an on-going basis.
  3. Are still working on their budget. They know their business needs this level of support but cashflow is currently tight and they need to work through that.

If you’re not really sure how many hours a week you’d like to start with, you let us know how many hours a week you’d like us to stick to and we work to that.

Hourly rate: $120/hr + GST

Consulting session

Not sure what the next steps are for your business, or if your current thinking is on the right track? Need someone to brainstorm with and bounce ideas off? Need help in selecting what systems or tools to implement? A consulting session may be just what you need.

The session includes:

  • 1x 90-minute video session to focus on the specific aspects of your business that you need guidance on
  • A recording of the session to watch back
  • Action items report to guide you in your next steps
  • 1 x 30-minute follow-up / accountability check-in session 2-4 weeks after initial consult

A consulting session will be most beneficial for you if:

  • You have a great vision and thousands of brilliant ideas, but you’re struggle to put those into action, prioritise or struggling where to start
  • Need some guidance on where to invest your time and money first and order of priority.
